Shipping Policy

We ship to mainland Portugal, the islands (Azores and Madeira), and mainland Spain.

(Other EU countries upon request – send a message!)

Preparation time: All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (usually shipped within 24–48 hours).

Shipping options and costs (Mainland Portugal)

• Up to 2 kg → €4.90

• €3.90

• 2 kg to 10 kg → 5.90 €

• For orders over 10 kg or very bulky items → the price will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Islands (Azores and Madeira)

• Up to 2 kg → 9.90 €

• For orders over 2 kg → price calculated at checkout

Peninsular Spain

• Up to 2 kg → 7.90 €

• 2 kg to 10 kg → 9.90 €

When will I receive my order?

• Mainland Portugal → 1–2 business days after dispatch

• Islands → 3–7 business days

• Spain → 2–4 business days

Tracking: All orders have a tracking code sent by email at the time of shipment.

Local pickup in Almada. If you prefer, you can pick it up for free at our address in Charneca da Caparica (we can arrange it by message or email).

Delivery problems: If the carrier is unable to deliver, please leave a notification. You have 5–7 days to collect the order or request a new delivery. After this period, the order will be returned to us and a new shipping charge will apply.
