How to return

1. Send an email to sales@legoittoys.com with your order number.

2. Use the free resolution form (link below)

3. Send the product back in its original condition and packaging. Return address: Quinta Vale do Rosal - Estrada Quinta da Carcereira s/n 2820-683 Charneca da Caparica - Portugal

Refund processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product or proof of shipment, using the same payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is defective or incorrect.
